There are a variety of businesses that offer technology grants for schools. Technology grants for schools are often offered by computer companies, such as these two programs supported by computer giants HP and Microsoft.

HP Grant Programs support K-12 schools and non-profits, primarily in communities where our employees live and work, as well as institutions of higher learning, through annual grant initiatives that are launched at the beginning of each fiscal year (November).

Microsoft Unlimited Potential (UP) grants provide schools and nonprofit organizations with funding to support technology training programs ranging from learning basic computer skills to using advanced business productivity applications. Donations of cash, software, curriculum, and technical expertise enable individuals to learn about technology and gain the information technology skills needed for employment in the IT field or other industry sectors.
